House Rules
Sea Mist requires a Security Deposit for incidental charges and/or possible damages/excessive clean-up. Because all units are individually owned, we strictly enforce unit inspections at check-out. You will be charged for any excessive clean-up, loss or damage including compensation to other guests required due to excessive noise or disturbances during quiet hours. $250 Security Deposit Credit Card pre-authorization required at check in.
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is by 10am
You must check in at the office.
Off Season Office hours:
Sunday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm
Friday & Saturday 8am-8pm
In Season Office Hours:
Memorial Day- Labor Day
