The space
This is a cozy studio condo totally 310 sq feet. There is a queen bed and a couch that expands into a queen sleeper. Small dining table with 2 chairs and 2 extra chairs you can add to dine 4 people. Kitchenette with 24 inch stove, microwave, fridge and coffee bars. Plates, bowls, cups, silverware, coffee mugs, pots and pans, strainer and basic kitchen supplied provided. Shared community laundry in basement space right under the condo. Community has a in-ground pool, hot tub, picnic tables, playground, basketball court, horseshoes and books and games in the laundry area you can borrow. There is a propane grill in the grass area at the bottom of the stairs. 1 assigned parking spot
Guest access
Check in at the office to get the keys. If office is closed keys will be left for you in a lockbox. Private entrance off deck to hallway and first door on left to access condo. There are 2 other units off this hallway but they do not access their units through the hallway, they only have doors to the hallway in case of emergency to provide them with a 2nd egress. Can access deck from slider in unit but slider only locks and unlocks from inside.
Additional notes
Condo is in the main building next to the office of Watercrest cottages and motel. To access from I-95 take exit 19 and do NOT turn onto Chapel Rd, continue on Sanford Rd until the end and take a right onto Rt 1 (Post Rd). Turn into Watercrest by the sign, park in spot #142 next to large building closest to the road.
